AppCoda

Yesterday I wrote about my use of Ray Wenderlich’s site and podcasts for staying up-to-date with iOS technology and preparing for interviews. Another site I reference is AppCoda. AppCoda is a site dedicated to iOS programming which was initially started as a blog and grew into a community of developers. AppCoda’s tutorials are pretty easy to follow and they are categorised according to the developer’s proficiency with Objective-C and Technology used. AppCoda has also produced a book called “Learn iOS Programming from Scratch, A Step by Step Guide to Build Your iOS App” starting at US$39. AppCode has so far produced 4 tutorials focusing of the understanding of the Swift programming language. The site isn’t as advanced as http://www.raywenderlich.com with video tutorials and podcasts but it is indeed a great site for referencing and understanding Objective-C concepts.
